Alle boeken zijn in goede conditie tenzij anders aangegeven.
Voor de prijs van onze boeken, geldt dat wij streven naar een zo zorgvuldig mogelijke weergave van de realiteit en de bedoelde prijzen. Fouten die daarbij ontstaan en herkenbaar zijn als programmeer dan wel typefouten, vormen nooit een aanleiding om een contract dan wel overeenkomst met Antiquariaat Schot te mogen claimen of te veronderstellen.
Antiquariaat Schot streeft naar een zo actueel mogelijk artikelbestand. Mocht ondanks deze inspanningen de informatie van of de inhoud op deze website onvolledig en of onjuist zijn, dan kunnen wij daarvoor geen aansprakelijkheid aanvaarden.
De informatie en/of producten op deze website worden aangeboden zonder enige vorm van garantie en of aanspraak op juistheid. Wij behouden ons het recht voor om deze materialen te wijzigen, te verwijderen of opnieuw te plaatsen zonder enige voorafgaande mededeling.

Retourvoorwaarden:
U kunt uw aankoop binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst retourneren. Neem hiervoor altijd eerst contact op via de e-mail.

Andere informatie:
Verzending binnen Nederland kost 3,50 euro voor een brievenbuspakje en 6 euro voor een pakketzending.
Verzenden naar een buitenlands adres is geen probleem. Wij verzenden voor € 6,- naar België en voor € 8,50 naar Duitsland. Voor overige bestemmingen zijn de verzendkosten variabel en zullen wij u eerst informeren.

Bestellingen worden na ontvangst van betaling dezelfde dag of de eerstvolgende dag verstuurd. In alle gevallen wordt u op de hoogte gehouden d.m.v. een verzend-update inclusief track en trace code. De boeken worden netjes ingepakt zodat ze in dezelfde staat als besteld worden bezorgd. We versturen op alle doordeweekse dagen.

Terms of Sale

All books prices are listed in British Pounds (Pounds Sterling, GBP).

We can accept payment via PayPal.

We can accept payment by cheque, but the cheque must be drawn against a British bank account and must be payable in British Pounds.

Note that where payment by cheque is requested, books will not be dispatched until we have received the cheque and are satisfied that it has cleared.

Where possible, we aim to dispatch books within one working day of receipt of payment, although circumstances may occasionally dictate a slightly slower response.

Our basic postage and packing charges are as follows:
United Kingdom: 3.80 GBP, plus 1.95 GBP for each additional item.
Europe (Airmail): 6.00 GBP, plus 2.45 GBP for each additional item.
Outside Europe (Airmail): 8.20 GPB, plus 3.45 GPB for each additional item.
Outside Europe (Surface Mail): 5.80 GBP, plus 2.45 GBP for each additional item.

Postage will be calculated individually for each order, with regard to the size and weight of the overall package, so the shipping charges above should be considered to be guidelines only.

Destinations within Europe for the purposes of the above rates are:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Irish Republic, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Majorca, Malta, Minorca, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Spitsbergen, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State.

Approximate delivery times from date of posting:
United Kingdom: Three days.
Europe: Usually within one week.
Outside Europe (Airmail): Usually within ten days.
Outside Europe (Surface): Varies, but allow up to twelve weeks.

Please allow at least the above times to elapse before reporting an order to us as missing in transit.

Charges are based on items with an average weight of around 350g. Where one or more items to be dispatched significantly exceed this weight we may request that the postage charge be increased to cover this. We may, at our discretion, lower the postage charge where the weight of the package is unusually low.

Where books are found by the customer to be not as described a full refund including postage charges will be provided upon return of the items in a timely manner and in the condition in which they were dispatched to the customer.

Where books are returned by the customer for other reasons (e.g. purchased in error) then the purchase cost of the books only will be refunded upon return of the items in a timely manner and in the condition in which they were dispatched to the customer.

In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be governed by United Kingdom law and regulations regarding distance selling.
